		<description>Really? Who the hell do they think picks it up then? I&#039;m finding this possibly worse. At least if it&#039;s left &#039;unwrapped&#039; it can decompose and wash away with the rain, not that I find acceptable behaviour. If I caught someone doing that I&#039;d collect it and follow them.</description>

		<description>Yeah this is a bummer. I live in Hollywood and the exact same thing happens....... I&#039;ve been seeing a lot more of an even weirder phenomenon occurring lately though. People pick up their dog poop in a bag and then just drop the bag on the ground.....WTF? It&#039;s like they&#039;re trying to do the right thing, but they&#039;re quitters... or have committment issues or something.....</description>
