		<description>While I agree that it would be ideal for that cash to go into operations of the company in question, realistically, it would probably cost the government just as much to ensure that that &lt;em&gt;actually happened&lt;/em&gt; instead of it accidentally being used to boost the board&#039;s pension funds or something. &lt;em&gt;In theory &lt;/em&gt;money&#160;that&#160;the government&#160;has&#160;goes&#160;toward&#160;the&#160;good&#160;of&#160;the&#160;public&#160;anyway;&#160;whether&#160;or&#160;not&#160;you&#160;believe&#160;this&#160;is&#160;another&#160;matter,&#160;but&#160;in&#160;theory it&#039;s&#160;not&#160;a&#160;&lt;em&gt;totally&lt;/em&gt;&#160;unsound&#160;thing&#160;to&#160;do&#160;with&#160;it.</description>
