" you have two choices, laugh about it, or cry" It is cynical, but as far as I am concerned, there is nothing as fundamentally wasteful as a large organisation, the bigger it is, the more money they waste, because as the organisation gets bigger the 'minds' that run it, seem to get ever smaller....
