		<description>Ah, the Onion.  I don&#039;t know if they were the first to describe the Arc d&#039;Triumph the Arc de Capitulation in honour of France&#039;s long-standing military tradition of capitulating before half time but they certainly did it justice.

I find it too Americanised to read all the time but occassionally it&#039;s good to go back to.</description>
